If a student joins your school between the time the CRF was uploaded and testing time, you may manually add a new student by using the NWEA Admin PC.
To Add a New Student:
Log in to Testing Administrator
Select Students->Add New
Click Add
Enter the Student ID# (MEDMS)
Enter the First Name
Enter the Last Name
Enter the DOB (mm/dd/yyyy)
Enter the Gender
Enter the Ethnicity
Select any modifications needed
From the drop downs select
Enter the Total # of instruction days (total days in school year)
Click Submit
The final step is to propagate the permissions (see article)
