At the server, in the dock look for the Server Admin icon.
Start Server Admin if not already started.
If it's already started, but you do not see any "green lights" next to the services, Server Admin may not be "connected" to the server ... click the Connect button and enter the admin name and password. The server name should be "localhost", meaning "this computer".
Click on the Print service and then the Jobs tab. There you can see any jobs that are in queue and not printing properly. You can pause, start, or delete any given print job by using the buttons in the bottom-right.
To restart the print server, pause all jobs and click "Stop Service" at the top. After a moment it should change to "Start Service", click again to restart the Print Server.
When the button toggles back to "Stop Service" the Print Server is running. Select a print job and click the "play" button to resume it and cross your fingers.
If no go, you can change to the "Queue" tab and select the problem machine and use the buttons to pause and restart the entire print queue.
If still no-go, go to
SystemPrefs->Print&Fax
Select the Printer in question and click "Print Queue" which will open the window showing the direct connection from the server to the printer. If you see the message "Connected To ..." with the moving bar and it goes on forever, this may be the same issue we've been experiencing since getting the copiers which Toshiba/Danka says "is not our problem". Try powering down / powering up the copier and see if that solves the issue.
At any time you can see the status of the copier by connecting to the copier's web interface. Open a browser and type in the address of the copier (i.e. 192.168.1.1). Here you can see the current status of the copier and change settings if needed. If you need to get at advanced settings, the password (set by Danka) is 123456.
