Remember, true "moodlifters":

-must be legal

-must not hurt anyone

-must be positive to your health

One of Mrs. Bingham's favorite "moodlifters":

I get a whole bucket of tennis balls and racquets for myself and my daughters. We have contests seeing how far we can hit the balls in our yard. Meanwhile, our two dogs (Murphy and Molly) run around and retrieve them.

I walk some place I don't usually walk. Say, over to the Middle School instead of driving my car. Or I walk from Skip Cahill's  over Route 1, to the shopping center.  Or over the Sagadahoc Bridge. It gives me a different perspective and helps me slow down.

(I know I'm not in the class, but I just wanted to see how the Moodle thing was going!)
