7. As we have seen, the U.S. Supreme Court in Roper v. Simmons (2005) overturned the juvenile death penalty as cruel and unusual punishment in violation of the 8th Amendment, which maans more juveniles will face prison time. In your opinion, would the placement of juveniles in adult prisons violate the 8th Amendment? Why or why not?
